How can a career transition service help you?

Dealing with a change in employment circumstances – in particular, during times of mergers, acquisitions, restructures and downsizing – can be a confronting experience. However, up until now career transition services have not been available to individuals under a direct arrangement.

Finsia Career Transition Services is a unique partnership between Finsia and Right Management, offering for the first time the opportunity for individual members to access a variety of programs to help deal with a change in their employment circumstances. The programs are all competitively priced and include a three-month Professional Management Programtwo-month Market Readiness Program and one-month Market Readiness Program, and can be extended in duration at any time.
