Finsia is proud to offer a mentoring program for young finance professionals
Latest news: Following the resounding success of the 2008 Finsia Mentoring Program, applications are now open for the 2009 program.
About the program
- The program connects aspiring leaders of the financial services industry with the expertise, insights and networks of today's leaders.
- It is a structured 16-week program and fully supported by Finsia staff.
- Participants need to be able to commit to regular meetings and attend workshops and networking functions during the 16-week program.
- Mentees are matched with appropriate mentors, based on their needs, goals and aspirations.
- The program is available exclusively to Finsia members, and is the first for the industry.

About mentoring
- Mentoring is a key tool that you can use in helping to proactively manage your career. From when you are starting out and through the various stages of your working life, it can provide valuable insights and opportunities to assist you in making decisions about your career and which jobs are best for you.

How to apply

Mentors: if you would like to become a Finsia mentor, please complete the
mentor application form to register your interest.

Mentees: if you would like to be mentored on the Finsia mentoring program, please complete the
mentee application form to apply.
Once you have completed the relevant application form, please return it to:
