Young Finance Professionals online networking group launched
Young finance professionals now have a one-stop-shop to find out about the latest YFP events, create and contribute to topical discussion threads and network with peers.
The newly created Young Finance Professionals public group is free to join, and can be accessed in five easy steps:
1. Logon to www.careernetwork.finsia.com. If you don’t have an account, you can set one up by simply entering your email address, name and a password
2. Navigate to the “Groups” tab
3. Select browse groups
4. Scroll down to find Finsia Young Finance Professionals and click on the link
5. Click on “Join this group”
About the career network
The Finsia Career Network is an exciting new initiative that capitalises on new technologies to help Finsia members advance their career. It was launched in December 2008, and already has hundreds of finance professionals registered.
Members can participate in valuable forums – such as the Young Finance Professionals group – to build professional networks within the industry. The network allows participants to share information, communicate with interest groups, find out about upcoming professional development events and contribute to discussion forums and whiteboards.
