Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.The Promoter is Finsia, Level 16, One Margaret Street, Sydney NSW 2000. ABN 96 066027389

2. To be eligible to enter the competition you must be over 18 years of age and over, and have joined Finsia by submitting an application form and paying any owing membership fees by 30 September 2009. Your place of residence must either be in Australia or New Zealand.

3. The prize is not exchangeable, non negotiable, non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4.The prize must be redeemable within the validity period – before the 31 March 2010 or the prize will be forfeited. The prize is subject to availability and accommodation is not available over restricted travel dates.

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value.

6. Employees of Finsia and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the promotion.

7. The competition commences on 8 June 2009 at 9.00am and concludes on 30 September 2009 at 5:00pm.

8. This is a game of chance. One winning name will be randomly selected at 5:00pm AEST on 30 September 2009 at the Promoter’s head office located at Level 16, One Margaret Street, Sydney NSW, 2000 (Promoter’s Head Office). The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The winner shall agree at the Promoter’s request to participate in any promotional activity regarding their win and consent to their name or image being used in promotional material.

10. The prize consists of two return economy airfares to Hamilton Island up to the value of AUD$1000 plus five (5) nights at the Beach Club Resort, Hamilton Island for two people with the following inclusions: a la carte breakfast per person in the exclusive Beach Club Restaurant, VIP return Hamilton Island Airport/Marina to Beach Club transfers (arrival/departure details must be provided), VIP chauffeur buggy service, use of catamarans, paddle skis, windsurfers and snorkelling equipment, use of the gym, spa, sauna, tennis and squash court hire, use of the exclusive Beach Club lounge, pool and restaurant.

11. Total prize pool valued at AUD$2,850.00 plus airfare up to the value of $1000, if applicable.

12. Any additional incidental charges such as meals (other than those specified), mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls etc. charged to your room are at your expense and should be settled prior to departure.

13. The winner will be notified by email and telephone and will be published on the Finsia website www.finsia.com on 1 October 2009.

14. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, consequential or indirect loss), cost or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (whether or not due to the negligence of any person) in connection with entering the competition or using the prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law (and if so, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

15. The prize/s must be claimed by the winner, within 15 days of notification, otherwise the winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoter will draw a new winner in a redraw, which will take place at the Promoter’s Head Office on 16 October 2009.

16. The Promoter may cancel, suspend or vary the competition if for any reason it is not capable of being conducted as planned.
