Finsia members who renewed their membership by 31 August went into the draw to win one of eight Audi Driving experiences offering participants an exhilarating opportunity to get behind the wheel of some of Audi's most exciting new models. This challenging half-day event will be hosted by two-time former Audi Super Touring Car Champion, Brad Jones and his team of professional drivers.

Terms and conditions of entry
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is Finsia ABN 96 066027389 of Level 16, One Margaret Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
2. To be eligible to enter the competition you must be over 25 years of age and over, hold a full drivers license (no L or P plates) and have renewed your Finsia membership by paying any owing membership fees on or before 31 August 2009.
3. Prizes are not exchangeable and non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Each prize is valid on the particular drive day specified by Audi for that prize. There will be only one (1) drive day specified per prize – that day is non-negotiable. If a winner does not make the date set by Audi for the drive day, the winner will forfeit the prize.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value.
5. Pregnant women cannot participate in a drive day.
6. Employees of Finsia and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the promotion.
7. The competition commences on 25 May 2009 at 9.00am and concludes on 31 August 2009 at 5:00pm.
8. This is a game of chance. Eight (8) winning names will be randomly selected at 5:00pm AEST on 31 August 2009 at the Promoter’s head office located at Level 16, One Margaret Street, Sydney NSW, 2000 (Promoter’s Head Office). The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winners agree at the Promoter’s request to participate in any promotional activity regarding their win and consent to their name or image being used in promotional material.
10. The prize consists of eight Audi driving experiences valued by Audi at AUD $750 each. Four (4) driving experiences will be held New South Wales, two (2) in Queensland and two (2) in Victoria. If the winner’s usual place of residence is within Australia or New Zealand but outside of the state in which the winner’s drive experience will be held, the Promoter will cover the cost of one (1) return economy class Australian domestic airfare to the capital city of the state in which the winner’s drive experience will be held. Total prize pool valued at AUD$6000 plus
airfare if applicable.
11. The winner will be notified by email and telephone and will be published on the Finsia website on 1 September 2009, www.finsia.com
12. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, consequential or indirect loss), cost or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (whether or not due to the negligence of any person) in connection with entering the competition or using the prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law (and if so, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
13. The prize/s must be claimed by the winner, within 10 days of notification, otherwise the winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoter will draw a new winner in a redraw, which will take place at the Promoter’s Head Office on 15 September 2009.
14. The Promoter may cancel, suspend or vary the competition if for any reason it is not capable of being conducted as planned.
