How will I be assessed for the FSP?
FSP candidates go through a rigorous peer review assessment process, whereby their professional behaviour, skills and technical knowledge are benchmarked against an industry-developed Capability Framework.
Candidates submit their Professional Portfolio via the FSP portal to the Assessment Panel made up of experienced industry practitioners who are senior Finsia members.
The Credential Advisory Board then awards the FSP credential to candidates.

There are two elements in the Assessment Criteria:

The Capability Framework outlines the capabilities candidates need to demonstrate. The Client Profile describes the level and complexity at which the capabilities need to be demonstrated.
