Who are the advisers?
Our lead adviser has spent over 20 years working in the finance sector, including working for three of Australia’s leading banks. Since June 1998, he has been operating his own management consultancy business specialising in career coaching, recruitment and leadership development. He has a long association with Finsia, being actively involved in a range of professional development and career services programs over the years, including our highly successful mentoring programs. In the instance where any additional technical information (of a non legal nature) is required, this will be sourced through Finsia’s extended pool of industry mentors and advisers.
How do I access the adviser?
Simply login with your member details and go to the Career Advice Online page under the Career Services tab. Then fill in the online form and simply submit your query.
How soon will they respond to my query?
Our adviser will respond to your query via email within 48 hours of your request being submitted.
Will my information and query be confidential?
Yes, your query is submitted directly to our lead adviser. If additional information is required, our lead adviser will source this information on your behalf ensuring your privacy is respected at all times.
If you request confidentiality, then your query and response will remain private. However, if you’re happy for your query and response to be made public, the information may be published as part of a commonly asked questions section on the website to aid members with similar queries.
What type of questions can I ask?
