Finsia’s mentoring program can connect you to Australia’s most senior and prominent professionals from across the breadth of the financial services industry. Founded in action learning, goal setting and utilising a mentor model that drives exploration and discovery, this unique program caters to individuals’ needs at every stage of their career, offering participants a transformative experience.
Join over 600 aspiring professionals who have tapped into the expertise, insights and networks of today’s leaders.
The program is run over 16 weeks and includes: one-to-one sessions with your mentor (a minimum of eight hours one-to-one time with your individually selected best-fit mentor); two group facilitated workshops; three networking events; support from a dedicated Finsia facilitator and a mentoring resource kit.
