With the next sitting of the FASEA exam happening in early December, FINSIA’s Policy team has tapped into the knowledge and experience of our Financial Advice and Services Council to bring together a group drawn from professional standards and education and from advice practitioner members.

In this hour-long webinar, we focus both on the knowledge areas covered in the exam and the practical strategies you can use to stay calm, make the most of your time and make the most of the opportunity to show your skill, knowledge and judgement.

Nancy Mikhail 
Over 10 years industry experience in the finance sector, as an educator working for TAFE NSW Higher Education as Lead Course Coordinator for Bachelor of Applied Commerce for the state as well as on the TAFE NSW Higher Education Academic Board. Currently managing the FASEA Preparation course and Preparation exam.

Louise Trevaskis
Louise Trevaskis has a long standing career in education…first as a high school teacher, then managing Australia’s largest RTO in financial services and now she’s at AMP running the Adviser Academy program and supporting all AMP advisers to meet the incoming FASEA education standards. She holds a Bachelor of Economics, a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and is a Fellow of FINSIA.

John Corcoran
John Corcoran is a financial services professional with over 18 years of experience in the areas of advocacy, compliance, education and technical functions. John has developed a deep understanding of financial services’ legislative, regulatory and compliance frameworks and has practical experience of Government and Regulatory policy formation.

John holds education qualifications and a Master of Financial Planning.
