Chief Financial Officer, World Vision Australia
 
Rebecca Glover is the Chief Financial Officer of World Vision Australia since 2014.  She joined World Vision Australia 11 years ago and has developed a passion for the role of the not-for-profit sector in the community and the fulfilling careers it can provide while creating lasting social value.  Her career in this time has spanned leadership roles covering financial management and reporting, strategic planning, project management and process improvement for teams covering marketing, operations and overseas field programs, both in Australia and in overseas.
 
Prior to joining World Vision, Ms Glover worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for nearly eight years, servicing clients in the areas of audit, financial reporting and taxation.  Her career changed direction dramatically after auditing World Vision’s Asian Tsunami relief operations in Thailand in 2005 where she had the opportunity to utilise her skills in an incredibly challenging and rewarding way.
 
During her career she has had the opportunity to work with a number of not-for-profit entities.  Ms Glover is a Chartered Accountant and has a MBA from Melbourne Business School.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2011, Siobhan was a Director and Partner at Melbourne stockbroking firm, Baillieu Stockbroking. Siobhan holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and a Master of Applied Finance from Melbourne University. She has extensive knowledge of the market and macro-economic influences, which sees her providing bi-weekly finance updates for the Red Symmonds breakfast radio show on 774 ABC.
