In recognition of this, Caitlin was awarded the title of one of Australia's top 25 Fintech Influencers (alongside Atlassian's CEO, Mike Cannon-Brookes), given her efforts and commitment to smashing the glass ceiling.
Caitlin will discuss the biggest disrupter in the new economy, the value of what has been traditionally viewed as an alternative asset and how to tap into the greatest commercial opportunity of our lifetime – women.

As a venture capitalist, Caitlin has helped to raise approximately $100m and establish Australia's largest portfolio of early stage startups.
Caitlin started her career in psychology (focussed on the rehabilitation of drug dependent persons) and has since gone on to work across a wide variety of industry sectors (advertising, advisory and enterprise), working with and establishing businesses in the Middle East (UAE), Europe, USA, and domestically in Australia. Caitlin has been fortunate to work with some of the world’s most respected companies (i.e. GE), delivering disruptive projects that have revolutionised how complete industries operate.
Today, Caitlin describes herself simply as a disruptor, who is passionate about unlocking human potential, through educating and investing in underutilised, high potential and high value talent, predominantly women, in order to create a better world for all.
Rob Loader Director for Capital Planning and Delivery, Telstra
Rob has worked globally across industry for 30 years in operational, consulting, project and portfolio management and business development roles spanning retail banking, wealth management, insurance, retail/FMCG, utilities, government, and telecommunications.
Rob has served in key roles including Project Director of leading management consultancies, strategy development and project and portfolio manager in major enterprise wide program management offices. His most recent roles have been leading the development and growth of the direct marketing channel for a leading Australian life risk specialist and establishing the enterprise capital planning and governance framework for a major telecommunications company
He is presently the Director of Capital Planning & Delivery for Telstra, responsible for leading enterprise wide prioritisation and planning, financial and execution governance and project management capability uplift of Telstra's $5bn annual investment programme.
Rob is a Fellow of the Finance and Securities Institute and the Australian Institute of Project Management, holds the Certified Practicing Portfolio Executive (CPPE) and Project Management Professional (PMP) qualifications from AIPM and PMI. He has written an Enterprise Project Management thesis in completing a Masters of Project Management, and is a regular presenter at national and international project and strategy management conferences.
