We would like to invite you to participate in our first continuing professional development workshop for the year to take the first step on FINSIA’s pathway to professional excellence.
Professionalism is driven by competency, conduct, and culture. If a professional is not competent in their role it can impact their ability to behave ethically and ethics and integrity are needed to build trust.
Consumers feel more confident knowing they are being managed by a competent and ethical professional.
The current focus on establishing a strong, ethical and competent culture across the industry is not just a passing fad, it is vital to improving the community's confidence in the financial services sector and Australia’s prosperity.
Our Integrity Matters Interactive Workshop explores real-life ethical challenges experienced in the workplace, offering you the unique opportunity to vote on how you would respond, should you be faced with a particular challenge.
