Concluding FINSIA’s Around the Table series, this event will concentrate on the elements that drive employee engagement from the top to the bottom of any organisation.
With generational change comes a new challenge to reinvent what may have worked in the past to work now with ‘digital natives’, the Gen’s X, Y and Z who view work much more as a means to an end and hold different work loyalties to what was once taken for granted.
Attendees will be given the opportunity to self-assess their own organisation’s engagement capability and the prevailing leadership mindset to help set the tone for employees’ behaviour.
