Locked out: why the young can't access financial services

Despite concerns that the big banks have loosened lending standards, a huge number of Australians still can't get access to credit. A report from National Australia Bank has found that three million people, or 16.9 per cent of Australians, have been rejected for either a loan or a credit card.
