In addition to previously serving as the first female CEO of a major UK Bank (Lloyds TSB Scotland), Susan holds a long list of impressive credentials, including Chair of the Chartered Bankers Professional Standards Board, Chair of Scottish Water, Chair of the Scottish Fiscal Commission, and previously a Director of the Bank of England. As a Practitioner member of the Banking Standards Board in the UK, Dame Rice adheres to the BSB’s belief that the best way to increase trust and ethical behaviour in this industry is by focusing on the best interests of the customer, both in the UK and globally.
